tuna is your friend... i've got at least two dozen cans of it at home. good amount of protein in a single can too.

I think i'm going to hard boil eggs tonight. I'm too lazy to make breakfast, but i can pound down 4-5 hard boiled eggs pretty quickly. Eggs are boring anyway... and for some reason hard boiled ones don't fill me up quite as much. So i can have them along side oatmeal or cereal in the morning and still get my protein.

I need to get a can opener to keep at work and bring in my weight gainer powder and cans of tuna to keep in my drawer thing we've all got... its big enough for a coat to hang, has some shelves, and two drawers... if only it had a mini fridge in there... i wonder how well a bowl of bananas would keep on the shelf...

too expensive for the amount of tuna you get, and the amount of tuna one would eat during bulking... which is probably 2-3 cans a day

my problem is that at school i cant follow the 3 hour plan due to bad timing.

Its going to be awesome when im at lunch taking shots of olive oil though. lol.

eh, just take a tupperware container with you and keep tuna in it.

I eat it w/o mayo so I don't fear it going bad in a couple hours. Usually just hit it with some salt and pepper and chow down

i cook with extra virgin olive oil all the time, and love dipping wheat bread in it w/ a touch of balsamic vinegar.

You could also try mixing it in your tuna.

no i feel so full right now. and i am about to do the:

Meal# 4

Steak, chicken, or fish
1 baked potato
1 cup fibrous vegetables
8 oz. fat free milk.


Meal 3 I doubled since charly suggested so. 1 protein shake (doubled the milk and ice cream) and i ended up making two huge PB&J sandwiches on wheat.

Now I have to eat more, eek.
