im going to agree with him on this, its not just wimminz, but everyone, i barely talk on the cell phone when i drove but when i do, i know def catch myself off guard and drive so slow. whenever im stuck behind someone putting along 10 under the speed limit 9 out of 10 times they are on the phone. this is why germany has good drivers, they respect the road, they dont drink coffee, talk on the phone, or do dumb **** while they drive, their cars usually dont even come with cup holders. oh yeah get out of the left lane asshole
