When I was younger, and my parents would give me 20 bucks to cut the lawn, I would run to the neighbors house and grab their kid and be like, "Mow my lawn for 5 bucks?".
He did it.

My yard is in serious need of modding / overhauling. My mailbox shaft is broken. Has alot of play where it meets the earth. I'd like to get it coated and a solid concrete mount kit for it.
The walkway is completely trashed and needs a complete teardown and strip. Would like to do upgraded pavers with a flower bulb kit for accents. My back yard needs a complete dirt recoating as a result of years of rain damage. I can has landsaping services? Oh wait...that requires money.
