I love these cars and wish I owned one, if that counts... hah, old Escort Cosworths are one of my favorite cars and these are as close as we'll get here in the States. Glad to see one running around still.

Saw 2 different ones the other day, i was shocked. One silver earlier model with scooped hood and rear wing and a last year model that was white. Really liked the white one, i was tempted to try and talk to the guy about maybe selling but I couldn't meet up with him.

I really want to get an XR4Ti as a SCCA solo racer someday. Plenty of power out of that engine for not that much, RWD platform, strong racing history in europe, possible Cosworth upgrades, what more can you ask for?

my boys got one for sale built motor needs a head gasket and a turbo and your good to go. the custom intake mani. is worth more then the asking price its got some cosworth stuff and also built suspension and a mint interior

Some guy came out to the KOP meet a few months back with a black xr4ti (I'm not well educated on these cars so bare with me) but it had a decent sized turbo and a WTA intercooler but sadly it was auto. First time for me seeing under the hood of one of these cars.

Nothing wrong with an auto: no lag between shifts and more consistent 1/4s.

Like alot of the other guys, this car is on my "wish list" because of the Escort Cozzy. Love the whale tail!
