All you need is a pair of welding gloves and dry ice. Rub the dry ice on the dent (with the gloves on) and then pour some hot water on the area. It sould pop out easy non creased dents out. Ex. honda fenders and quaters. thats basically what those paintless dent removal places do. But they have more refined methods.Ive seen them pull some pretty bad dents.

usually dent removal places use special l shaped tools to bend the metal from behind- not sure what you see...

96integrals had a dent removed from his integra with a plunger and some toilet water. It got the job done.

Correct they do. But not all dents can be gotten to from behind. I only stated this method cause it went along with the original topic. My freind use to work at one. And this is what he told me. I seen them pull some pretty bad dents doing that. If i get time later i will call him and try to find out what they actually use. I wasn't trying to state what all the tools of paintless dent removal are. I simply saying thats what they do to make the metal shrink back to its original shape.

What do you think about a dent like this? It's not that creased.

never gonna happen. that dent would need popped out from behind or pulled and reshaped because its on a sharp curve, the metal was warped/stretched.
