The turbo timer and diverter valve are the only mods from the previous owner.
Everything else I have installed. I'm proud to say built not bought and would
like to get into fabrication on the next car.

Changing the transmission fluid I got the wonderful surprise of the magnet plug being covered with small pieces of metal plus some more falling into the funnel. I'll get pics up by this weekend. I'd like to get an idea of how much life might be left in the transmission. As of right now I have a slight wining noise that I think is from the tranny. Hopefully it goes away with new fluid.

I had metal pieces come out of mine back in the summer. I just stay on top of the trans fluid and use Royal Purple and I haven't had a problem *knocks on wood*. When the fluid starts to get old I do get a fourth gear grind so I know I am going to have to replace it eventually. Hopefully the new fluid will buy you some time.

Small update, the car was running like **** on the utec's stage 3 map. Frustrated that my car
was slower than before the mods and taking the advice of every subaru owner I have talked to.
I had scheduled a tune at Verocious Motorsports. Three weeks ago I finally got to meet Andy
and the Verocious staff. They were very professional and I felt very confortable with the car in
their hands. Well shortly after Andy got the car on the dyno Andy gave me the unfortunate news
that my Utec was bad. What made it even better was I bought the Utec new just so this wouldnt
be an issue. The plus side was Verocious deals with them regularly and offered to send it in for me
to have it checked out.

I talked to Verocious today and Turbo XS tested the computer
and it checked out ok. Their wiring harness happened to be the
problem. They are sending me my computer back with a new harness
and I have already setup a new tune for the 26th of June.

Researching catch cans right now. I would like people's opinions.
I'm not a fun of flashy things and do not want to be spending a
fortune on something that catchs junk.

Goddabob's 02 WRX Ready for Winter

Little update on the car. Stock wheels are back on wrapped in snow tires.

Picked up a Thule roof rack from a member here.

I'm not sure if this area1320 sticker adds 5hp or 10hp?

Last I raised the coilovers all the way up. The car officially rides like crap. I'm going to lower the car
an inch on the threads and hopefully that gets rid of the hop when I hit pot holes and bumps.

Four fingers baby

Oh ****, I totally missed the coilovers and new wheels.

Snow tires suck.

Coilovers have been on the car for more than a year. I just never slammed them down. They were as low as I could go and still get the arms of my lift under the car.

Snow tires are fun nothing like slamming on the brakes on a dry road and having the abs engaging. But I do enjoy playing in the snow.
