I think you missed the point and got a little too defensive about what he said. If I understand correctly, he wasn't bringing up that argument about being able to put in the same money and be fast, he was simply saying that it was just in the name, which a lot of times it is. Anyone who knows mugen parts, knows that you're paying a lot of the name, he was just giving a more broad example. Yes supra's do have a lot of potential, but at the same time, so do civics. And by saying its still just a honda, you proved his point, because as much potential as they have, its still just the name to you.

But I don't think you get what I mean. You can't compare Civics having lots of potential like a Supra. As far as I'm concerned, they don't. Their motors are not capable of handling the outrageous power that a Supra motor can.

I see where you are coming from. The potential for civics etc, are in their endless after market,and weight, or lack there of haha. I do see what you are saying, but you gotta see at least somewhat, what I'm saying
