I need a Richards jersey, he is playing amazing so far. Actually the whole team is playing great, huge Smith fan. Have to love a captain who will go down, block shots and then get into a fight.

man im so happy for the flyers. they are doing everything right, and everything perfect. There is no main player on the team right now besides Biron. Yea we have briere... he is so awesome. But look at richards, carter, knuble ... and all the other great players that came out of no where. I just love how diverse this team is with scoring and assists. There is no main focus, and thats what a team needs for the cup. We had lindros... nothing. We had forsberg... nothing. Now we have a GROUP of amazing hockey players, and i dont want to jinx them but damn, watching them play is like watching a stanley cup contender. They definetly have what it takes to make it to the finals this year. LETS GO FLYERS!!!

Can't agree more, but you have to look at a guy like Sami Kapinen too. He's always been a solid grinder type player for us, even at his age.. his experience is paying off. this guy is playing lights out. he's finally got a team around him that he's feeling confident around and plays well with. He's in the right spot at the right time, every time. He's turning into a finesse player, he looks great. Our defense is so solid too. I hope we stay at the top of the standings the whole year.. this city really needs this.
