We have one of these for many years now. They last a long time. Just be careful with sharp objects . So don't really lean up against them. They do get really hot in the summer though. Our's has a garage door on one end and two windows and a small door on the other side. There is plenty of room in the one we have, enough to have a decent amount of work area around a car and in front and behind it. If you can spring it get concrete floors with elec already ran under neath and popping up above ground in PVC pipe. We did it but we have a stone/gravel floor.
