-Great whites average 12-16 feet long (3.7-4.9 m) long. The biggest great white shark on record was 23 feet (7 m) long, weighing about 7,000 pounds (3200 kg). Females are larger than males, as with most sharks. Shark pups can be over 5 feet (1.5 m) long at birth.

i seriously doubt that shark is anywhere near 25ft long. if that dude is 6ft tall. lay him sideways twice down the length of the shark, and you get pretty close to the average shark. i think my original ten foot guess was pretty accurate.

On the contrary, it looks a lit more like Galapagos Shark.

Galapagos Sharks aren't usually that large, and their noses come to more of a point. Not so much rounded.

Bull sharks aren't that large either. They're a foot smaller in total than the Galapagos.

Either way, it's a butchered looking shark, cause the tail fin is way wide, and the eyes are too big for a bull. The tail is also missing the black strip for Galapagos.

Good post, but you know that's a great white, right?

That chop is fake but still funny. And great whites can get close to that big, it's not as out of proportion as it looks... they can be giant.

i guarantee if it was real the cameraman wouldn't be sitting there taking a photo op. he'd be swimming as fast to the boat while those two got eaten.

Yea, I knew. They were being "technical" so I gave the exact Genus and species.

It is probably possible for one to be that size, but deffinitly not normal

The biggest one ever recorded was 23ft long. They only average 12-16ft. That's a large great white in that picture. Very large.

Also just a side note, the 2 largest Great Whites ever recoreded were 36Ft and 37.6Ft in length.
