is there a bov on the car ??put your hand in front of it while reving the car then let off the throttle it should blow off as soon as theres vacume if not theres a problem ..the under drive pully shouldnt effect any thing the charger should be driven off a pully mounted to the crank in front of the serp belt right ??an independant belt for the charger ??..make sure everything is sealing ..

You are going to demand a refund without even troubleshooting anything?

Get the car to someone who knows what they are doing. You probably have a boost leak, and assuming you don't, just makes ....you know. An underdrive pulley won't cause the kit to make no boost as it is not an all or nothing relationship.

First disconnect the intake tube from the SC and start the car. (you may have to hook the MAF sensor over the intake) unless it has been converted to speed density to do this.

You can easily feel if the SC is pushing any air when you rev it. Then make a pressure test fitting from valve stem and some plumbing fittings to pressurize the intake system with an air compressor to 15psi. Watch the gage and find any leaks with soap + water.

we did the soap and water technique, we tried everything you just said, and yes the underdrive crank pulley can affect a roots style blowers performance.

id go post this on my350z.com in the forced inductio section. those guys have used every kit with every combo of parts known to man and if they dont know the answer, then id be worried.

Go to the experts of that car you know? When i had my g35 i found that site to be most helpful...

Put the stock sized pulley back on.... Almost certain that is the problem. I know for Comptech superchargers that also use a Roots style blower that you will not read boost with the Underdrive pulley.

Stuff like this i would leave to the pros. However i have done various procharger install's and the underdrive pulley MAY have little effect, however theres a starting point. Other than that, if it doesn't work. Print out directions of the install and dis=assemble and then reinstall
