Yea, I was outside working in it in Abington and we decided to bail for the rest of the day. Popcorn sized hail nailing my work truck. Gay.

I was working on staining a garage in yardley when this hell broke loose. I looked around the side of the garage and just ran for the tarp we had in the lawn and took cover in there. It was wild.

I didn't see any hail around the Burlington area, but I'm super glad my car is in the body shop.

Jerry, hail usually stops at the bridge. Costs too much to get back to PA.

Here is some pictures from reedman toll.

^^ thats a nickel. lol

^^ ice cubes from the sky

^^ looks like a tornado

^^ this also looks like a tornado

^^ is that a sail boat? lol

P.S. There was a mini twister at the oxford valley mall and 3 cars flipped over.

Our boss estimated that there is over 3 million dollars worth of damage from the hail to the cars. We pulled 3 cars in and counted like 40 dents on each.

spock, i got fone call but i was too late. i had the indows down like 1/16th of an inch, not much water came in but the exterior...

i am holding back the tears as we speak.

the hood and rear doors are aluminum.

i counted nearly 30 dents in my hood, prolly 10 or so on EACH front fender, the roof has maybe 15 -20 and the rear has a few, some on the rear panels.

MY CAR IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED, i am tryin so hard not to cry.

everything happens for a reason so im tryin to keep from flipping out. its no ones fault. God had this happen for a reason so i can be disappointed but theres no sense being mad i guess....

i wonder how the entire fleet of cars at reedman held up? im sure all the mazdas are jacked bc mazda uses a lot of aluminum in their cars!

Mike is cracking me up! I wonder if the 10x20 foot canopy I just bought will help with the hail?

Sorry to hear about everyones car getting messed up.

NOPSTNS: What do they do with all of the dented cars? Sell them in auction or fixed?

I was installing a pool pump on Holland Road. While I was plumbing, I kept watching the lightning which was getting progressively worse. When I start wiring it up to the breaker panel, a loud crash of lightning/thunder sent me running for the van. The downpour started as soon as I got in. I only saw a couple chunks of hail.

That canopy should help, mine does. Just make sure it's anchored well, when it gets windy it acts like a kite. I have come home several times to find mine all twisted and upside down. Fortunately I can replace just the parts that bend.

Som insurance companies will cover hail. I have had it happen and they paid for paintless dent repair. It would be worth a shot to call your insurance companies.

Do your dealers donate the cars as teaching vehicles? I know some damaged Toyota's wind up at tech schools. Camden County has a Tundra, V8 4WD that fell off the truck. Would have been a fairly easy fix, but damage prior to initial titling is a stick subject.
