I believe my new house is around 800/mo, 4br, 2 bath, 2 lr, garage, biggest backyard in the section, double driveway, double skirt, curb parking too.

Love it.

The second living room is a 4 season extended sunroom. It's friggin gorgeous, and will be where the TV and couches are...and it has a pellet stove!! The "main living room" is the chillin room.

It's pretty dope. My parents are cool as hell, so you guys can drop the whole "living with rents" thing. My mom likes to try to go shot for shot with me on liquor, and my dad loves paying me to work on his vehicles. It's win win.

I told my girlfriend when we started dating that cooking is high on my list of wants/needs in a girlfriend and that I find it incredibly sexy

I can cook myself, and do so when the urge strikes... but I tend to go a bit over board when its time to cook... so I save it for special occasions. I make breakfast every saturday though.

We sit and eat together all the time too. Trying to make it a habit now cause these are all things my family never did that I always thought were good ideas.

Its not that sex is easier...its just that we don't have to limit ourselves to one room anymore...

Sex is slightly harder, mainly because of me. I'm stressed out and frustrated with work and bills and not able to put in the effort to get laid like I was when I was living at home. Stupid girls and their needing to be seduced... lol

Things will get better if I take this new job offer though

when was this? most in thornridge are barely over 200k unless you got one that was chopped w/ a full second story. that's one of the places I'm looking too
