Eel is actually pretty good. I have a problem with the texture of raw sushi though.

I say yes because it was just trailed through the flames for a second to cure the seaweed.

I haven't had a fish I haven't liked. Blackened Mahi Mahi is great! I love going to sushi bars and getting raw chunks of fish. Octopus, so good. I need to learn more about it though. Currently I just go in and ask for whatever, I don't really know what it is most of the time, but its always good.

well technically eel sushi is teriyaki cooked eel but still amazing! The other kinds like tuna and salmon are always uncooked but taste amazing.

sushi is technically raw fish usually however sushi is derived from the seaweed wrap and fish interior.

what i really wanna try is the ever so dangerous japanese blowfish

Oh and yes i do prepare them myself lol. im totally up for a fish fry, id love to cook for some quality company.

I always go there and it's pretty cheap too, you get any wrap for like $3.00 made right in front of you.

I tried deep-fried flounder at a Thai restaurant in Falls Church, VA. It was damn good (it better be for $35 but it's enough for 3 people to eat). I love Thai food but there aren't any good ones in the Lancaster area.
