not true. pendot just released new restrictions on cars with branded title about a month ago because of all the junk getting titled around the state from louisiana. thats it. they sent out the papers to all inspection stations, and we just threw them out. no inspector is going to go out of his way to find out if it has a branded title. and the thing about going to a special inspection stations is BS. everyone is reading into this too much. most of those PDF files have been around for years and dont have anything to do with pretty much anything anyone on here owns.

In order for special inspection stations to be implemented, that would cost a lot. Especially if police can pull anyone over on a whim. Not to mention this will take years to impliment? Meh, I don't really care if it happens, I'll just buy a stock car, and use that as a DD.
