The best thing you can do with ramen noodles is to add some cayenne pepper and chili powder along with the flavor packet. It's so good if you like spicy foods.

You don't have to rule out tuna just get another type like big eye or yellow fin.

Any type of fish without scales will have a higher level of mercury than types that do have scales.

I go to the high end food store down the street from my work. At the salad bar i get some lettuce some carrots maybe some peppers and soem grilled chicken then put that all on a roll, 2 apples, a ginger ale, and maybe a bag of chips. I find it pretty healthy. The salad is about 3 bucks and the roll is a dollar. Its a pretty cheap lunch and very good for me all in all.

Tuna right outta the can maybe with some mayo mixed in. Some guys eat it with baby carrots and things like that, high in protein (like 35-40Gs) and it's an overall small helping. Put it on some wheat bread and add some toppings if you want.

Chicken breast sandwhich is pretty good, or you can throw the chicken breast on a salad and eat it that way.

Venison is awesome, but not everyone has that.

That would be well and fine if I liked fish. I can only "tolerate" tuna since I put mayo in it.

I will def be enjoying two or 12 of those next week. I just went to whole foods and got a salad with eggs and chicken, well mainly eggs and chicken and a few pieces of spinach. I never got a salad from them before so when I got up to the register and heard 13.00 I almost pooped a bit. How the crap can they charge that much? No wonder all the hippies are broke, i thought they spent most of their money on weed, but I think whole foods is taking most of it.

Two packets of oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly all mixed together in one bowl. Thats what i've been eating for breakfast every day lately. Oatmeal helps fight cholesterol and its also a natural appetite killer.
