It's a lot like their old Razor concept, which was my favorite car at the 2003 or whatever auto show that was. I drooled over that car... and actually think it might be cooler than this thing, if a little quirkier. The Demon looks like a mini-Viper kinda.

Its amazing how the Copperhead Concept has evolved! I like the newest (demon) the best so far!

^beat me! haha I totally forgot about the Copperhead, that's way old. That thing is ugly though, I like the Demon way more.

What are the odds on production for the Demon? If it makes it, it'll be interesting to see how much they tone it down.

But I'm still upset they didn't produce the Razor.

Well lets think here...They showed the Copperhead, but never made it. They showed the Razor, but never made it. The showed the slingshot, but never made it. I am not gonna put money on this hitting the streets...Ever.

well, all those old concepts were under and heavily pushed by bob lutz. actually the solstice pretty much came out of the copperhead since the light rwd roadster was one of his conditions when he hopped ship. so now with solstice and sky out, the drifting craze, and the rebirth of american rwd. I'd say theres a pretty damn good chance of this happening. oh you guys forgot the proto spyder and the venom too ;)

when exactly was this? I remember seeing the solstice around the time of the 5th gen fbodies at the philly carshow. easily 10 years ago. and its really an opel speedster (saturn did a great job hiding it) Just curious to how long these things have been trying to be birthed.

5th gen f-bodies only showed up in the last year or so ;) if you meant the concepts for the fourth generation that was like 1989. copperhead was 97 pronto spyder was 98 (im not including prowler because i dont know for sure if lutz was involved but i wouldnt be surprised) lutz left chrysler in 98 and joined Gm in 02 and the solstice concept also showed in 02

I think more of the Sky. Since the Soltice looks like someone just shaped a piece of **** into a car, whereas the Sky actually has decent lines.

how is this killing an old name? the old demons were nothing more than tarted up fastback darts. and in the 60s the dart came as a small convertable. seems very reasonable to me that the name jump to a 2 seat roadster

But I do have to admit....I like the Convertible Idea, but I kinda hate how the old Mopar names get stuck with a 4 banger. Drop a Hemi in that lol!
