Sorry Buster but this is not pointed at you but you were the last too post. I am tired of this **** in the workplace and people like me and GU can't handle it! It's enough just dealing with the stress and all the other BS, trying not to loose your damn mind and you have to deal with a punk? Either knock him out or play hardball thats all you got to do!

OT, If you did it was longer than 20 days ago. My car is in the bodyshop at the moment. There are a couple of Evo's around but no graphite grey SE's that I know of.

thanx guys. This equal oppurtunity stuff seems real in depth but should help me out if this becomes a problem, loosing this as my 2nd job would really hurt me cause i need my car fixed asap.

Ill update you around noon tomarrow. Im going to go in at 9am, setup, do some e-mails and wait for the boss/owner to get in. Then ill talk to him and see what he thinks, or even if he knows for that matter. Overall id like not to work with this kid for a few days (that is if nothing happens to him) or atleast be working and away from him just because being arround him would piss me off. If the boss wants to lay me off cause he thinks i dont work well with others (because i denied to be some kids blt getter) then we will have a bunch more to talk about here. Its ashame the owners real chill, arround my age which helps, but he doesnt know where to go without this other artist it seems cause hes been there for so long.

Thanks again redline and everyone else!

If the owner is as cool as you say, then you will be aight. That kid had no right to say what he did. If the owner sides with him, then it's his loss and he will pay for it in the long run. Don't stress man, you are in the right. Just talk with the boss man, and let it play out.

This is the only reasonable response in this entire thread.

I like BLT- Brick lightly tossed...throughwindow lol

Anyway heres how it goes...
I get into work, setup, and cant grab the network because i by accident dragged and poofed my network button (mac users know what im talking about) and cant figure out how to get it back. So i wait for jesse and about five minutes after he came in i went to him and told him i cant grab the network or anything so he game me a couple things to print on screens from my other laptop and since we were in my desk area and no one was arround i had asked if he heard about what happened yesterday. Well Jesse says yeah man i dont know what else to tell you other than you dont have to listen to anyone but me and that this kid was completly wrong, out of line and basically soon to be gone. If it was to happen ever again he will be gone. He said he owes me an apoligy, i told him id rather not even talk with him and i would probably ignore him cause i dont like that ****. Also he mentioned he thinks this other kid is threatend by me being the only other artist and see's how well i pick up on things and jesse knows "in the long run he would rather have me then this other guy". I was really surprised about what nice things other then that jesse had to say about me with me only working there for this short period of time, expressing that he needs me more then the other guy. Im happy now, he even afford to give me his office space so i dont have to be near this kid lol. In closing as i sat down to do art work he had mentioned to me something like if i were you i woulda punched him in the face hahaha and then i was like well i would have.... and he interupted me and goes yeah i know some guy from Sloane toyota told me when i called them for background checks.

hahahaha told you he was a cool guy.

That is awesome man I'm glad to hear things worked out on your side. That other dude is a total dick and went out of line. Its one thing to ask you a favor, but to call you his bitch and throw a hissy fit is ridiculous.
