I believe they started at like 5 or 6 maybe later and finshed at 5 so 12 hours to fix it and swap an engine thats pretty good i think.

yeah it was like 5pm to 3am. that included pulling the motor,swapping the exhaust manifold and turbo onto the new motor, modifying some ej18 weirdness to work with the turbo, etc. and putting the new motor in. afaik there was just about 30 mins left of connecting wiring, hoses, the starter, and adding coolant. no idea what to expect to spend on swapping but honestly for the most part its kind of a 1 man job. we had fun though, hopefully pete will put the vid up eventually.
