I rode trails, but mostly street scenes. Theres lots of docks and ledges arround my way that made great spots. If you still pay attention to bikes, specifically ANIMAL, you would know my friend Tom White who i grew up riding arround and went to school with, he just recently came out with a video Edwin vs Tom i think its called. and FYI: he's insane

thanx for the advice so far everyone, anyone else got anything to add?

I know i have multi-vitamins in the house somewhere ill try that out also. The only reason, and i told this to my dad also, i dont work in fruits to my diet is that im afraid my body adapts to eating "sweet" tasting things like a drug lol also if i was to increase fruits that means increased fiber which means even more trips to the bathroom LOL. I already piss like a race horse with all the water i drink. But overall i understand what your saying ill try that tomarrow. Maybe a can of tuna and a apple or orange for dinner and maybe one with one hardboiled egg tomarrow for breakfast. Ill see how it works.
Sorry, I missed the tread mill, I think you're godo there. As for drug sweets, wtf, I'm sure you're dad is a great physical trainer, but is he a nutritionist? Not trying to call him out or dis him, just saying I took a course in nutrition and a lot of that don't make sense. I mean the Atkins diet isn't exactly healthy, but I'm not gonna make a big fuss about that.

If you're way under 700 calories I'd go eat something right now. That ain't healthy! Your body thinks it's starving and your metabolism is in the toilet. No less than 1500 calories a day and that's the bare minimum. Also you wanna drink 2L of water a day, and an addition cup of water for every 15 minutes of exercise.
