who the f*ck puts their toilet paper under? It hangs down to the floor and stuff. just doesnt look good at all. and if you have the garbage bin right under the toilet roll, the toilet paper will touch the garbage. Putting the toilet paper over solves all of these problems.

seriously wtf does it matter? no "man" should care about which way the toilet paper should be. if you honestly care that much, remove your frank and beans and feed them to the dog.
