almost the same here....^ i get stuff, but i never enjoyed it, my dad never had good christmases when he was growing up and now he is like scrooge. it sux. i only buy stuff for my mom and the GF.

i got an idea for everyone, buy youself something nice, say it's from me, and dont get me ANYTHING. cause i'll pile it up and not use it like the **** you got me last year.

Im mad that its 5 days before Christmas and my family has yet to put up any type of decorations. No one at my house wants to even do anything, and I dont feel like nagging them to do it. And I cant do it by myself. It doesnt even feel like Christmas time . Oh and Im broke, but what else is new?

What I hate about this holiday is the spoiled little f23ktards that complain about how bad their life is and how poor they are but yet they are driving around in a $10k car with $5k of money dumped into it. Or the people who complain about stupid BS when there are people out there that are dieing from cancer or another disease. Like who the f23k cares if you got a ticket, aww you had a bad day cause you were stuck in traffic, well i bet someone else is having worse day, like the person that died in the accident that is making you stuck in traffic. f23king worthless selfish greedy f23king babies!!!

That sucks you all hate x-mas. To me I could care less if anyone got me anything, but I personally enjoy giving. Especially giving to people that I care alot about. it's not about how much you spend or how much you don't spend it's about being together with the people you love. When i couldn't afford presents I would make things, being that i went to school for art, I would paint a few pictures and get prints made, Like $1 each, then I'd go to the dollar store and get frames, $1 each. So for $2 a person and some time i was able to give everyone in my family something from the heart. And I can't tell you how much they appreciated them. To them the fact that I spent the time meant more then me spending money. But seriously the main problem with society is that no one these days is considerate to each other everyone only cares about themself. Everyone is selfish and greedy. "WAHH my parents didn't get me PS3" "Wahhh they gave me crap" well shut the f23k up you whining immature babies this holiday isn't about the gifts it's about thought and love. It's about giving. and that doesn't mean a material item, it just means giving someone a part of you or kindness or anything you can think of. sh*t go and do the dishes for you're family after dinner, go and wash their cars, clean the yard. You don't have to BUY them anything to be able to give some one something. Crap like this pisses me off to no end. You're all lucky spoild brats, can't afford gifts because you got you're car tuned? well obviously you got some f23ked up priorities. You know how many people have a worse life then you whining brats. You all make me sick!!!

this is just retarded. next time your eating something think of all the people dying in the world and how your doing nothing, right. this is the real world, people have issues with things, such as the holidays when you gotta break your bank account cause for most people, getting a doodle and a crappy frame is kind of insulting when they spent money to get you something nice. its 1 day a year to go out and splurge yet it stills effects people financially and guess what the roads do suck because there are 5 billion more people on them trying to get to the mall.

this is the stupidest comment i think ive ever read on this site. if you wanna do something then donate to a fund like help a family, the salvation army, toys for tots, or the red cross, and the purple heart. ive donated to them all this season as well as my company got 45 presents for an "adopt a family" as well, and guess what, the traffic still sucks my ass, so next time you wanna get all self righteous bend over and stick a yule time log up your asshole

here is what i hate about this freaking holiday, i had 500 dollars sitting in my acct to buy my boy his christmas presents, well guess what happened, my car payment i have set on automatic debit, which is sched to happen on the 5th of every month, well they debited my acct which wasnt supposed to happen till january 5th a day ago . so now im sort of sol'd

I think everyone here has valid points and reasons to be pissed but keep in mind there will be someone out there who has no one, nothing. I used to despise christmas until a couple of years ago i changed someones life. When i was in my sophmore year a friend of mine was contemplating suicide because her parents were getting divorced, which i had no idea about. Christmas day rolls around and i just happened to stop at her house on my way to get some milk and say hi. Little did i know it was that act that caused her to change her mind and look to other people for support. it turns out her parents stayed together and they are happy now. This changed my life because it made me realize what christmas is really about, helping other people. Not gifts, traffic or lines at the mall, life is to short to sweat the small stuff.

+1. It is a little sickening to see people making a fuss about how they are broke because they spent too much on their car.

In my experience, the majority of those people who 'hate' Christmas are the ones who have little to no religious background and basically have no idea WHY everyone is giving each other gifts and spending time together. If I grew up never studying Christianity or ever going to church, I think I would hate Christmas too-- because all the stress and buying would have no personal meaning to me.

Weather you are religious or not, Christmas is about joy and spreading your joy to others. If you are buying presents just because you feel you have to, then why do it at all??

o0o yeah went to philly traffic court and they waived (srry if i mis-speeled tht) the court fees and posted my court date for jan. 30th so0o im a lil bit happier........... this should make x-mas a lil bit easier cause i should be able to get sum gifts for the fam

Wow you guys have some hatetred at the holidays. All I have to say is that I love the holidays most people love them and its a great time if you have some one to be with. I understand money is a issue but if you make them some thing and it comes from the heart people love that. I spent $700 on my girlfriend and $200 on my mom. I had my car trashed and system stolen and I just have no money left but reamber you get gifts TOO!
