This is correct. If you're not running high speeds, then don't worry about it, if you do, then DO NOT take it off. If you ever hit 120-150, believe me it makes a HUGE difference. I think on the STI you get about 60lbs downforce at 100 MPH. On the Supra you get 99lbs at 100MPH. This increases as speed increases.

Sooo, it all comes down to HIGH SPEED stability, if you want to be more stable at high speeds, keep it. Otherwise, if shouldn't make a difference.

Since you have an STi you wont feel it. When I took my STi wing off I felt it when I was turning at like 70-80. You do lose the stability, if you have poo poo WRX suspension.

i noticed it alot on the highway. def keeps the back end planted.
