What a coincidence. I hurt my knee pretty badly and couldn't go for a few months. I went back for the first time on Monday night. Then yesterday I woke up at 6:30am and went in the morning before work and then went again and did an hour long spinning class at night. I forgot how much better I feel when I exercise.

My knee still isn't 100% better, but I wear a knee brace and ice it down afterwards.

^^yea the feeling of accomplishment after a month off from the gym was great^^ i'm actually about to get to the gym right now, keep rehabbing that knee so as not to re-injure yourself! oh btw, are those spin classes fun?
