need help with timing

haha...sorry about the tease. basically the short version is that i got the timing all done and i had to leave it there for the lack of funding of fluids. when i came back i didnt check the timing because i didnt think someone would mess with it. I WAS WRONG. someone messed up my timing which caused my valves to bend, smashed out my turn signals and half ripped off my front bumper.
