yeah very cool find. My parents have tons of books from early 1900s, late 1800s. It usually takes about two centuries for books to appreciate greatly.

I'll give you $30 for it. Seriously.

Aren't you in med. school (drift)???

I don't understand why you would even consider selling it. It would be nice to have in your off or home library, no matter how little or much it's worth. You can't really put a price on some things.

^I am but this thing is just too werid lol.

The pictures of the bone and muscle structures aren't anywhere near complete.

I dont think Ill sell it, just because of the receipt I found on the inside. That makes it way too personal of an item to be sold.

Potenza, That book appears to be the same except that it was made by a differnt publisher. The pattern on the inside of the cover is the same but it wasnt published in Mass.

I just found an original publication for $59.99 shipped (Canadian, no less). I'd keep it.

i saw that u took a picture of the book, and u said u were gonna scan the receipt. honestly if u think its worth something, and want it to be worth something, i wouldnt expose it to todays technology, thats like going to a museum. and ruining everything in it by exposing it. thats just my opinion. hope its worth something.

cool find man

There's actually a guess appraiser for Antiques Roadshow (Don Cresswell, owner of the Philadelphia Print Shop) giving a little presentation here at my college library tonight, so if you want I can give him some information on this book and ask a little about it.
