B4 i go ape shyt on the dealership, If they rip up my wndow tint can I make them pay?

Living in a city, why in gods name would you ever go to a dealership? Everyone knows they are ripoff artists anyway.

Edit: And don't go all ape shiat - take the higher ground and you get a lot further, especially if you have to get the BBB or PA's equivalent to it involved. But don't be afraid to get the point across that some amends need to be made.

Drft? I can't beleive Ciocca would do that. They are a great bunch of guys. It won't cost $400+ to take the tint off and redo it. At most, it will be two hours of stripping and $50 to retint the window they f'd up.

Atleast they took care of your window problem, unlike how Lehigh did...

lol Yea and they found out y my radio wouldnt work everytime it rained.

It turns out I was missing the rain plugs in my sun roof which the factory never installed and my sunroof was leaking and shorting the wires for my rear speakers!

They wouldnt cover that since I couldnt prove that I didnt take apart my headliner and pull out the plugs myself.

That was $250! For 2 rain plugs and water damaged wires.

I'm suprised they didn't tell you that beforehand. We used to tell everyone that would come in with a window problem that if they had tint we we're responsible for any damage done to the tint.

yea it is aftermarket but why in the hell would they start ripping it off before he traded it in (or them buying it from him) they have no right what so ever so yea they should definatly pay for it to get retinted..

They didn't rip off his tint. They damaged the tint when pulling the window out to fix a problem he had with it.

Well I work at a dealership but I don't know how they do it where ever you are, but I had my gli at a body shop and they damaged my tint on the rear driverside and I had a fit and they gave me $ to have it replaced. At my dealership we would give ya the money for it.
