I already mentioned what to do with it. You will need a good bit of money to actually make it fast, so just get a cat back made up for it and make you own intake. Probably/possibly feel some differance with that and make a lil noise. It isnt the best car bought for speed so only so much to do on a budget. Just cruise it and have fun.

BMW has been known to slap the M logo on any sport package specific part, ie. wheels, steering wheels, door sills, bumpers, etc.

Doesn't mean they are M3 wheels per say, just maybe an M Motorsport part.
If they are 15's, they are old school M wheels.

Clean and classic looking BMW 'vert but keep it stock. A chip does nothing for that engine and an exhaust will only ruin the cruiser aspect of the ride.

no exhaust, intake. and its not all fully up to me, it is my dad's car! and as far as the wheels, i'll correct myself with that new knowledge, they are 15" M wheels
