Naw he stated outright he "loved her" and was "in love with her". That's further then a fatherly type of love.

It's weird because in that report it says he was talking to someone online about the affair and that person was working with the Boulder, CO police. And they were investigating him a month before JonBenet's death for a similar incident in CA.

It's hard to say if his teaching status was revoked due to child explicit situations. More so becuase he would be in Megan's Law and would have been interrogated sooner rather then 10 years later about this.

On the other hand, I'd probably admit to murdering someone in the US if I was arrested in Bangkok. The Thai legal system isn't very lenient, and is quite brutal

thats an interesting point. in the end its just beyond me how someone could **** up a kidnapping to the point of killing the person your kidnapping. the guy is def a child molester tried and true. like stated earlier the fact he was a teacher really scares. Its like ok i want to molest children, so im gonna become a teacher. and they do. and its scary.

It is sick, I will refer to a past Dateline where they caught all these online child predators. And one happened to be the principal of a middle/elementary school. Not to seem like a sick joke but in essence they are pretty much getting paid to touch kids and get themselves off and continue to do so before they either get caught or fess up.

I'm just trying to be optomistic! If fellow inmates kill him, it will save our tax dollars. Isolation and Lethal Injection are both insanely expensive!

From the way the father seems (somewhat flamboyant) I doubt he would do anything. Just cry and call the guy a bastard...

Honestly with the whole thing I though (as I'm sure alot of other people did) that it was something involving the parents. Wether they did it or hired one...I never expected a neighbor.

His quotes seem kinda off-the-wall aswell. Like he really doesn't justify it. He says sorry...but not what made him freak the **** out.

If that is true, then they should be able to easily do the DNA match to him. According to the story on msnbc, there were traces under her nails and in her underwear but no match could be made against the FBI's database. Now that they have him, whether he is a loon looking for attention or the actual perpetrator it should be relatively easy to find out.
