but probably the method on page 1 is best. document times and speak with hr/supervisors.. then escalate if necesarry

p.s... if anyoen wants to laugh here is his website. He runs a highly non-profitable investment firm, currently thy are working on an ab machine some dude designed... WORST. He also claims to have started T.V. guide and thinks that his online store 1netstore is the first web store EVER... i think he missed the whole internet boom of the 90s.
