all i wanna say is that Troll is doing a damn good job, and even though i am new compared to others, i think this is the site is superior to any other forums on the web (and most of those forums are one kinda car too), which makes this even more diverse.

Good job and thank you to the whole TST team

Personally, with the swear filters, the minimum characters for posting, the editing or deleting of comments, I don't really care for the current direction of the forum.

To me it feels like a forum with training wheels on it.

I'm not saying that the occasional post or thread shouldn't be deleted, but it seems to happen pretty frequently.

I'm just used to things being a littlte more raw, however, I have noticed that people seem to get their e-feelings hurt pretty quickly too.

well...i rarely post..but i am on here checking new posts and throwing in my .02 every once in a while...and i havent found much to be wrong at all..it has taken alot of steps in the right direction..the chatroom, car of the month, garage, etc..the only thing that seems to bother me is the swearing block...but thats understandable if we really are tryin not to offend anyone...in my opinion, the forum is really well set up, very well ran, and i believe it will go even further in the near future..thanks alot

I think there are too many dumb/pointless threads which somehow attract tons of posters and take up valuable sever space

x2. This forum has more random chatter than car/tech talk which i believe relates to the high percentage of younger population. Not saying it is bad, it is certainly differnet than most other forums, just takes a little more rooting around to find valuable threads.

I think it could use some work...But so culd every forum I'm on. There hard to manage...Some of the Swear filters crack me up. But there not life threatning.

Off topic is Off topic...dont want random posts, Dont have an Off topic. Deal with it it happens on Every forum.

Personally, I hate this place.
So I'm leaving. And when I'm gone, you're all gonna be like "Where's George", "I miss George", and "Why did George have to go"

Nah, not really though.
According to my post count, I seem to enjoy this place well enough.
Just certain minor things bother me, but they are easily ignored.

i agree with Sandra about the mods, but hey, they're all human and can make mistakes sometimes...also, maybe i'm the only one who feels this way, but my only gripe is that there are too many 'specific' forums. I feel bad for people when I see them post in the general car chat and see a mod underneath saying "moved to mitsu tech" or "moved to toyota tech", etc...do we really need so many forums? It makes things more organized, but takes more time to find, and I think half the time, people don't even traverse through those forums 5-10 layers down. They'd rather post at root level where most of the traffic is.

Just my two cents.

I think this site is run pretty well. It’s not the site that I come back for. I'd say its 10% boredom at work and 90% the users. I almost left because of what a few members said in the beginning but after I got over it there's no way I could get through the night without refreshing this site a couple million times. For the most part everyone here is mature but likes to have fun. I have seen some other local forums, not saying names, which are just filled with spoiled rich kids.

Overall I give it an A+

I agree too cluttered on that aspect. Maybe take out "General Car Related" and just keep the diverse car stuff.

If you owned a Ferrari I doubt you would waste your time on here on this gorgeous day. And a Ferrari is considered EURO smart one.
