once the frame is in any way bent or anything it will never be as strong as it was, even after being fixed...So basically the car is gone

i completly disagree and since im an ase autobody tech i tend to know in that area what im talkin about, not to sound like a dick but thats only true on the hss parts that you heat up but if you use a heat crayon your ok

correct me if im wrong, but isnt it a unibody? looks like the structural member in the trunk is a little messed up

It is a unibody and that piece will cut out and be rewelded with a new one

i got some interestin knews from the insurance adjuster today...he said that its probably not totaled, atleast not without further inspection...he called to have a structrual person come take a look at it...at the sametime i have to get the car to a body shop so they can take a look at it aswell and give there opinion as to whether they think its not fixable... so i gotta find like THE BEST body shop around to get the car towed to so they can look at it...and if the insurance company and the body shop say its fixable...well then i guess i still got the wrx...
