i'm in bucks county, 22, clean record, cars in my name, and i pay $1300 a year with Progressive. i switched to them when i got my car just over 2 years ago. at first it was at $1900 a year but has steadily dropped as i've stuck with them... could be age or loyalty to the company or both.
the only thing that worries me about them is that since they are so big every time i call i get a different person... some are nice, some arent... who knows what would happen in the event of a claim.
the local company my parents use will always take care of them, but they quoted me $4000 a year... no thanks.
