I don't really want to post the specs on all of my boats but here is a pic from Friday. We ran out to to the canyon from avalon nj and caught 4 tuna all 80+lbs and one dolphin. The water temp was around 74-77 deg and we got them where it dropped from 375 feet down to 450.

I've fished some great spots. My grandparents live out west. I've
Fished all over washinginton and Idaho since I was a little kid. Fished all over PA as well. Spent the last few years tied up with other things but getting out hunting and fishing is a getaway for me now.
Same with me. Every chance I get to go out I do. Is anyone else going on the levittown fire co. Fishing trip on june 10th?

Any one catch anything good this summer? Took the boat down to wildwood/cape may in early June for a week and a week in late August, and fished the bay mostly, all I caught was 7 shark, little guys, about 2.5ft and the biggest was about 4.5ft. The one day we took the boat out of the inlet and into the ocean I had a beautiful sea bass on my line, and somehow it jumped off the hook and I lost it, other than that I had horrible luck fishing this year.

Friend of mine caught a catfish that was maybe 1.5 to 2 feet in length and maybe weight somewhere around 8-10lbs. Was a catch and release.

The only note worthy catches for me this summer was a 15.5in Large Mouth in the Conestoga and a 13in Chain Pickerel in the Schuylkill, just south of Auburn.

Went crabbing and somehow managed to convince my gf to go. Ended up getting stuck in the sand in a
Flood spent about an hour gettin is out. Accidentally knocked over a
Bucket of crabs and she freaked out so I had to throw most of them out of the boat or she probably would have fallen off. Great time though lol

Be careful the bay is all kinds of F'd up. Especially the farther north you are.

Yea, apparently the small bacteria or whatever the minnows eat has been wiped out from the storm. The bay's depth is apparently all over the place, and what once was a tried and true, safe route has been compromised big time.
Kinda glad I won't be sailing in it this year. That doesn't mean I won't if anyone needs a crew.
