Pour gas on yourself and smoke a cig. Thats how little I respect you after this post(your first post too LOL). A CAT has nothing to do with a trans.

I cant get a knife in there, nor a putty knife, or even a flathead. I cant get the pan to budge at all.

And while taking a wheel off to do the belt, two of the lug studs snapped off. And I got $180 inspection ticket yesterday. F*** me!
Pay the ticket and walk away. Car seems like a money pit. OR hit a junkyard for a new trans pan just in case you kill the one you have along with new hub. Might even be able to find new studs at NAPA or something too.

If you need help getting the trans pan off let me know, I have a HUGE gasket scrapper and a big ass razor we could use to get it off. They usually aren't hard to take off, I did it plenty of times in my old cars.

Well the inspection ticket was for my 240. Im getting stickers today, and the cop told me hed try to help me out in court, so maybe ill get lucky.

As for the car being a money pit... Its definitely gonna be a money maker. I dont want to say what I paid for it because Ill probably try to sell it on here, but lets just say it could have a blown motor and trans and I could still make money off it.

The pan is on there so securely, it feels like all of the bolts are still in. I got my fingers on top of the pan where theres a bit of a lip, and I can basically hang from it without it budging. Ive smacked it with a deadblow hammer more times than I care to think about (the kind of hammer with sand in it), and have had no luck whatsoever. I tried wedging in a putty knife, a flathead, and a razor. No dice. I should probably just invest in a Haynes manual for it... If I dont have any luck soon Ill probably just rip it off and replace the pan.. I cant imaging it being expensive when I can get the whole trans for $150.

And the hub is no big deal, I can replace just the studs. Just annoying because I gotta pull it all apart, but it shouldn't cost more than like $10 to fix.

I wish this thing would just throw a legitimate CEL so i'd know wtf is wrong with it. Its not the cat, because its got a big exhaust leak before the cat that ive yet to fix, so i doubt that excessive back-pressure is the culprit.

I appreciate the responses.

With a good scan tool that can log both pids and you can see the speed difference. Usually one is reading and one is not. They should be fairly cheap, usually under 30.00 each. Pepboys should have them for less then that.

I won't buy anything from Pepboys again. Everything I get their lasts like 6 months... everything I ever gotten from Advance Auto has never failed. Never had issues with AutoZone parts either.

Most dodge dealer's have them on the shelf if you want oem.... Alot of chrysler's use the same sensors.

Whats involved with changing them? I tried searching and only found that theyre somewhere under the battery tray?

Not being able to get on 2gn.org has really limited my ability to get any info on this car. Im gonna pick up a haynes manual today and finish that transmission flush. I loosened all the bolts under the pan, which still wont budge, but about a quart of trans fluid has seeped out. Im getting the pan off today, whether I have to destroy it in the process or not.

Very simple to replace, disconnect and unscrew. Install in reverse orderand clear pcm and well as KAM, then run through drive cycle and see if that fixed it - but you should know instantly. Also most of the time chrysler uses their own mopar rtv which is grey in color and is the hardest **** ever to get off of anything after it cures, although i recommend using it when you put the pan back on - it works better then any other sealant i have ever used.
