Man the 2011 Hyundai sonata 2.0t is incredibly fast for what it is. I was only able to "fast walk" away from it in the 540. I just checked the specs, 274 hp! Holy christmas that in a cheap Korean family sedan.

Mark, I don't think they are cheap. Hyundai is getting up there in price.

Last year for them was 98 or 99. You're asking for something that's pretty rare and will probably be priced near $20K. I would hands down go for an STi over that car. I hated my 3000gt. It was reliable but man the ravages of time were felt all through that car. It had half the miles my m3 has and felt like triple.

To answer your question, no I don't know of any ;)

There is a 98 on cars.com with under 50k miles for like $9k. Says its a VR4 but doesn't have many pics. Its not to far away though.

One of my clients has a 1998 or 1999 3000GT VR4 hardtop convertible for sale. With only 40,XXX miles on it I think.

I am trying to live out my high school dreams now that i can afford it. That 3000GT VR-4 made me drool when i was younger.

Stop telling me what i dont want to hear. There has to be one stashed away somewhere that is still in decent shape.

I was also looking at 2000-2003 BMW M5's. But getting a BMW scares me. They seem to be to perfect and then leave me wanting nothing else.

I think they are sexy cars and would buy one. Angelo, there are a bunch of good ones out there, just depends on what kinda of $ your willing to pony up.

Ok how about what you want to hear. Any VR4's still available at a high price are likely to be low mileage beautiful garage queens. Perfectly reliable? Unlikely. But they'll probably feel nice still unlike my beaten base that never saw a garage.
