Wow, so I've been dealing with this one guy for a loan, who was recommended for me by one of my dad's guys. I trusted the one guys recommendation because my dad has A LOT of business with them, but this honestly has been some of the worst service ever. I'm a very patient guy too and this has started putting me over the edge. I need an approval letter so I can give an offer on a place.

Finding a house you like is a struggle, I never searched for a house for myself but I went house searching with my parents and we always ended up building our own house.
