We never lost power somehow. No damage either. It was very uneventful.

We probably should have lost power but didn't. I'm assuming it's because I spent $260 on a generator cord.

we lost power for a bit, i cooked a nice 2" thick Delmonico last night. with some roasted garlic and some fire baked potatoes.

I lost power for pretty much all of Sunday. Didn't come back on until after 11.

I got another in the freezer. 2lbs each steak. Picked them up at an upstate NY butcher... it was soooo good yesterday! I wish i bought more than 2.

Yea, I'm been sticking with the 2" think cuts myself... usually a bit more the 1.5lbs. They just cook so nice that thick. Like 12 minutes on each side and done.
