we lost power for a bit, i cooked a nice 2" thick Delmonico last night. with some roasted garlic and some fire baked potatoes.

I got another in the freezer. 2lbs each steak. Picked them up at an upstate NY butcher... it was soooo good yesterday! I wish i bought more than 2.

Yea, I'm been sticking with the 2" think cuts myself... usually a bit more the 1.5lbs. They just cook so nice that thick. Like 12 minutes on each side and done.
