went to a fall festival last weekend and there were a bunch of them, I wasn't really impressed by their food and said that to my buddy. So he said that I should start my own. I think I would love it.

Start up costs would be relatively cheap if you already own a truck.

A tow behind BBQ smoker is around 2-5K other than that most of the overhead would be relatively cheap. I don't know what kind of license(s) i need though.
