Its too bad I got rid of the s13 hatch I had chillin in my driveway. Had a ka24de that just needed a timing chain and I had the timing chain. I seriously would of given you the car.

I sold it to some kid for 200 dollars. Oh well, it was automatic anyway. Sometimes I come across some crazy deals, I will let ya know if I find anything.

an auto -> manual swap on a 240sx is actually easy to do from what i read. I know a few websites that sell the whole swap as a kit. james your friend is a lucky ass dude. A 240 for 250 bucks is a damn gift. everything i've found is a 1000 or more. After the Tib is paid off this spring. I'll get serious about finding a 240.

Steve, my bro is actually picking up a hatch next week for 500 until the MR2 is back together. It's really rough around the edges but it's not a bad car. It'll probably be up for sale again in a few weeks or a month if i don't want it. BTW steve keep that drift spot under wraps for now. I gotta do some R&D and see what the cops are like in that area.

For everyone I found a sick drift spot friday night (and some how steve stumbled on it on saturday night) it's not too far from the meet, or at least no further that BB to Jetro. After I learn a little more about it we'll probably all go out there one night.

BTW the auto to manual swap on an S13 is like nothing. You need to source a Trans, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, drive shaft, clutch pedal, mater cylinder, slave cylinder and hardline. Then there's like 3 or 4 wires that need to be jumped. If you're planning on swapping the motor anyway then just buy a front clip and you'll get everything you need for the swap except the driveshaft. If you're just swapping out an auto KA for a manual the it's about $500 in parts give or take a bit.
