not a m, but 149k and has coilovers and the 18" bbs RX, cai, strut tower braces and a couple other things, and the m look alike kit basically. Good price on it though and its just a daily so doesnt have to be super fast

no rebuild, 325is 5spd. maintenance is up to date. seller said the common trunk wiring issue has already been addressed and the water pump is pretty new and the cooling system was done ~1yr ago

Well, if its upkept like he says then you probably don't have much to worry about. Those cars just start kicking in at the mileage really, I've seen them with 300k on the stock motor. I say do it.
