That's what I plan on doing. Going to look at it this weekend. Sits on about a little less than 3/4 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom. No garage, but I would ad one on eventually. Going to need some good landscaping done but my mom loves doing that stuff so I'm sure she wouldn't mind helping out. Got to be something iffy about it.
