Still researching. I'm pretty sure they're going to end up a track wheel for me, but the kind of track wheel that I toss on the car to drive to and from the trackday and then switch out for some regular shoes so an Rcomp is out and Star Specs don't come in that size.

I haven't been at Sonic since last spring or so, but I do know of a few other MSMs running around.

Starting the installation Friday! My employer took away my Tuesday off next week so I'm going to push everything up. Then need to get the stock downpipe on, get the car inspected and checked by Mazda. Sonic is my deadline.

Install went pretty smooth, still need to raise it up a bit. Took a little drive and holy ****, it's got a LOT more grip than it ever did before.

Huge thanks to Ken (420sx) and Chris (ridachu) for helping with the install and giving me a place and tools to work. Really apreciate the help, I definitely owe you guys.

It's basically like this. Come into a corner fast, get tons of grip, but in the turn at speed if you cut the wheel side to side, the car doesn't show any signs of losing grip, just instantly changes direction. Definitely need to get it on an autocross to really push it, it's got way more than I'll do on the street. We also put back in the factory front sway bar, before it had nothing.

I didn't mind the old rims but the new rims certainly are nice looking. Be nice to see the car again this summer.
