Yes. Cusco, Megan, Tein, and BC, along with a few other off brands all make coilovers. Though Cusco and BC are not readily available in the states. I have been trying to find a place that will ship BC's to the states but no luck so far. I have also read that the BCs and Megans are nearly identical (they are nearly the same price), but I don't know if I want to put any Megan parts on my car. The Cuscos are twice as expensive as all the other brands too but that makes sense. |

Just found out that RS-R makes coilovers for the Juke. Was pretty surprised when I read it. Actually found a site that will ship em to the states. The coilovers run about $2100-2200 and the shipping is another 400$+. Steep prices for some of the best. Going to hold off for now in hopes that maybe BC's or RS-R's come stateside, Or perhaps I will just cave and get Megans (as I read BCs and Megans are made by the same company in Taiwan).
Anyway, just ordered an INJEN SRI in black. Should be here in the beginning of next week. Also preparing the car to get tuned using ECUtek (Could possibly happen tonight). Tuned numbers on stock FWD Jukes are very impressive as dyno tunes showed torque increases of 30%+. I'm amazed what these little DIG-T engines can do, but it won't be long until the Fuel system needs to be upgraded. |

I wonder if the New Ford Escape has its own forum or owners that modify it. The new 2013 Escape currently out has a 1.6L turbocharged engine. I think 175-178hp. And it handles very well like the Mazda CX-5.

I wouldn't be surprised. Seems like that 1.6 is pretty similar to the Juke's. The Escape is heavier though, and has no manual transmission option. I'm surprised the amount of love after market companies are showing for the Juke.

I would hold out and go with BC's if you want true low. You can't beat there price vs value. Also the cvt transmission are full of issues before you even add power. Plus I just don't like their feel personally.

Just got done tuning the Juke with a Stage 1 ECUtek flash. Wow! With the boost raised to 15psi (and I am able to control it electronically now) the car feels amazing. It actually has torque now, and just hits full boost so fast. I couldn't be happier with how much more power this car is putting out now. Looking forward to getting it on a dyno soon. Even John, the guy tuning the car, said that the 6MT just blows away the CVT, just 0 comparison between the 2. Will have videos of a 40mph from 3rd gear pull soon.
Let me just say thanks to John over at Visconti Tuning, for putting so much time into getting the ECUTek flash perfect for the Juke guys. UpREV was just taking way too long, but ECUTek came though big. Feels good to be the first 2012 6MT Juke tuned on ECUTek, just amazing software. |

Just Ordered a NISMO catback. Hope it will be here next week. After the intake and exhaust are on, and with a re-tune, the car should start hitting its limits on the stock clutch and fuel system, not too mention the turbo, but that's fine for now.
Will be saving up for some RS-R coilovers next. |

Intake is in. Makes the car breath so much better, and as a result, my BOV is extremely loud compared to what it used to sound like.

Lol! Thanks. But yea Injen has gotten a little crazy with their giant logos, but regardless I still think they look pretty good. Glad I went with the black piping instead of the polished.
Can't wait to get the exhaust on and get this thing dynoed. Need to find me a dyno in the area first lol. |

JDS Motoring. I will even be there with the altima on the dyno the same day if you go in the next week. The car is definitely looking good btw. Really coming along.

Everything looks awesome. Congrats on the tune. If you had to guess whp/wtq what would you say? Also, what hp/tq do they make stock?
I was cruising with one the other day, and I must say it looked pretty awesome. Just needs to be lowered.

Yea I want to lower it soon but I also want some new wheels and start making it look nice on the outside. The RS*Rs I want aren't cheap, and they are only in Japan so finding a place that will ship to the States is a bit of a pain. |

Time for an update:
OEM Window visors are on. Exhaust: Well after a big mess with a company, I have canceled my order for a Nissan Motorsport Exhaust because the guy was dicking me around for 2 weeks. Got my refund, and ordered an INJEN 3 inch exhaust today. It already shipped. Coilovers: Been doing lots of searching and getting lots of info, and a decision has been made pretty much. While I was able to find the RS*R coilovers for 1950$ shipped (from Japan lol), they can be adjusted in the rear dampening wise, but have no camber adjustment plate. I however found Cuscos for 1746$ shipped, they cannot be adjusted in the rear but have a camber adjustment plate. I have decided to go with Cuscos. Once my refund from the first exhaust clears, I will be ordering them. |
