Yeah I don't think I'm addicted to benzos. Since I started 3 months ago I have yet to increase my base dosage and I have skipped days here and there.

Psychologist, psychiatrist and general physician, so... yes.

good deal. some people just use the general physican to "medicate". thats not a good idea since they dotn monitor the patient so closely.

Good. They can be really tough to kick if you get hooked. I had a roommate that was using them recreationally and it was very obvious to me when he was and wasnt using them. His physical appearance was different.. he just looked.. benzo'd..

Trust me... I'm the biggest paranoid person ever about medicine/my health. I research and re-research everything a hundred times, lol. I'm very aware of the risks but thank you Medicine also affects everyone differently. I was warned of 10,000 different things for the 10 different prescription medicines I've been on (including Acutane, b.c., and a handful of anti-depressants) and I never got the harmful side effects of any of them.

I take 1/2 of the dosage that is prescribed to me. I'm supposed to take 2 pills a day. I take 1 a day, sometimes I go a day or two without.. so I think (so far) I am not addicted. But who knows...
