talked to a buddy of mine about what happened.

he told me be careful about letting them inspect the wrecked car. when he got hit, the other person's insurace questioned the "street legalness" of his car. ended up hold up his insurance payment, cause they wanted his car towed to a state inspection garage to get looked through to make sure the car was really street legal.

he ended up not getting paid cause the garage stated that his car wasn't street legal and shouldn't have passed state inspection (this was in Cali).

They will pay, but theyre trying to place 10% of fault on me.

And as far as the inspection, I had it legitimately inspected and have documentation stating it. The car has all factory systems and they all work.

They're just being jerks. Knew it was coming but they are trying to snake out of it.

yeh, in their great thinking, they're saying "Well, if he was there, he had to be partly at fault"

and as for inspection, i'm not talking about the normal stuff, i'm talking about the modd's. if they wanted to be pricks, they can save your car has illegal modifcations to the exhaust, the turbo doesn't pass emmisions. stupid stuff like that

I've ignored all of this as much as possible, and avoided short of speaking with people who speak TO me about the situations, but apparently thats been taken a different way.

You all know what I'm talking about, and if you don't - then you dont. I'm not going to put anything on direct full blast short of the two relationship dramas that have occurred within this whatever thread group, not naming names.

I'm always here to be a friend and always have been. I'm here to hear everyone out if I have the time to, even when I dont. I'm here to give you my honest opinions based on what I'm given and I'm always sure to give all sides of it because I never know the full story. If youve spoken to me about any of this, you know exactly what I'm talking about. You also know that I've only ever been a person to vent to, where the conversation started and ended and never carried elsewhere on my behalf. So with that said...

Somehow I've been drug into BOTH of these recent incidences in some bizarre way or another. Some words have been put in my mouth, some words were added to what I've said after the fact. When I have said all of four sentences or no words at all. It honestly amazes me. Now for some reason all of you adults - being that I'm one of the youngest ones in this group - seem to have time to develop, feed and disperse drama. I graduated high school over 4 years ago, and left the bull**** there. I ask you all to do the same.

Its bad enough that it got to a point for me to make a general, indirect post in here because I know everyone associated will read it one way or another. I have caused no drama, only heard people vent or rant it out. If you want to twist that, and make it sound like I'm in anyway a part of the bull**** otherwise, I'll cut that **** out right now myself. Do not put words in my mouth, do not even mention my name in any thing related to these incidences because I am no associated any further than being a friend of those involved.

I run a very, very busy business. I do not have time, nor frankly do I even ****ing care who is dating who, to be associated or pulled into the bull****. So cut it out, get over it, move forward because everything else does even if youre not. You're going to have to start catching up sooner or later. That is that.

I love you all dearly, but I swear to God I will knock your ****ing heads together if I have to.
