Keep in mind im going to kick anyone out who does any of the following.

1. Rolls up blasting annoying music
2. Does burnouts
3. Chirps tires
4. speeds in and around the lot.
5. excessive reving of engine

I have my Euro Gtg in the same area...FYI cops love to roll through, they rarely say anything though...good luck
