Plain & Simple is the way to go! I love the 17x9 with meaty tires look.

pics today i promise! I lowered the front 1/2" when i put the wheels on yesterday to level it out and it rubs a little on hard turns so im gonna raise it back up and raise the rear 1/2" and possibly add 1* of camber or so up front to combat any rubbing. It looks good tho im digging the set up.

You were about a 1/2 too low for a wide combo. You should be fine after that.

Yea 1/2" higher and 1* of camber up front and its perfect, no rubbing at all. Went out and took some pics too :D

edit: Also wanted to say if you need your fenders rolled definitely hit up FAST of west chester. They got mine FLAT with not one crack in the paint or any flaws to speak of.

Functional....couldnt use a better word to describe the set up. Im psyched on them even if everyone things theyre "plain, boring, ugly, etc.". And FAST is good dude, granted I've only gotten my fenders rolled there id definitely reccomend them from my experience.

Boring is what people who drive cars with body kits say, they look so good, subtle is always better in my opinion, the only other thing I would like is if they were wider to give a more aggressive set up. But I like them a lot as is.

Honestly I like the style of them, not really feelin the color, but they do look good. You might have touched on this in an earlier post...but why did you go with that wide of a tire...? Do you have any plans to autox the car or anything?

I will, but Ill have another set of the stock bbs' for that, right now I just wanted a real aggressive wheel with a little rake, I dd a honda so I can go for more performance now if I want, but I want a nicer newer dd and then can go crazy with my car and get all the performance out of it I can.

Its just silver lol it matches the exterior aluminum trim on the trunk and fenders really well imo but youre not the first person to say that so maybe im missing something And as far as the tires, i just wanted to go as wide as i could without too much body or suspension modification and also still be lighter than the stock wheel/tire combo. No real plans to autocross truthfully but i guess you never know.

yea i had this 1/2" lower when i first put the wheels on and it rubbed on hard turns up front which completely took away from my reasoning for running this set up. Now 1/2" higher and some slight camber adjustment i can dive into turns as hard as i want with no worries :D
