yea, this was a sick turnout tonight too. so many nice cars...and its out of our hands when some of the people act stupid who arent even a part of the tristate forum. im sure most of the people who are on this forum respect the grounds and clean up after themselfs. its the outsiders that ruin this **** for us.

Unfortunate but I honestly knew it was only a matter of time. Get permission from whoever you'd like but once you start getting a crowd of 200 cars you will get jerks that ruin it. It was fun while it lasted.

Idk, I showed up last night around I guess it was 9. I was there for about 15 minutes, saw 3 burnouts, and watched the bike get impounded. After all that the cops started kicking everyone out, so I just bailed. I mean, are you kidding me? It was just pathetic, I find it amazing how the Quakertown meets ALWAYS end up like this, while 15 miles down the road in Montgomeryville the meets never even got close to that. I don't get it.

Either way, after last night I wasn't going to go back anyway.

I went to this meet about a month ago. Was great early, lots of friendly people and cars that didn't look like any common shopping center parking lot. Then around 9ish the other people showed up. You know the crowd that shows up to a car meet in their primered 87 accord or moms buick. Sportbikes burning off the center of their tires. Loud music strobe lights all the stuff that brings unwanted attention. Knew then it was only a matter of time till it was shut down. Here's the question that will get me flamed. Do you think it's more of the earlier crowd or later crowd that frequents this site? Maybe not posting in this exact thread, but lurking. This is why this site having a all cars welcomed meet isn't gonna work. There are probably 20 examples of meets posted here getting shut down because of retarded behavior. Seems the only lehigh valley gathering that seems to get it right is the subie meet. Flamesuit on...

I wont disagree on any points.

......99% of suby drivers who are out of high school know there is a time and place, and its always never in front of anyone. If your talking about the Apple B's Cedar Crest BLV meet, thats due to nobody stands around out by their cars we are all inside eating and drinking.

On a side note:

I wish the cops were a little more proactive in giving tickets for anything at this meet. There were plenty around the last 3-4 weeks but it didn't seem like they cared or cared to stick around to catch anyone. IMO it would only take a few people getting burned to send a message.....and I have said it B4 there is money to be made on their part

i wasnt there, but I was next store for a late dinner at Applebee’s next store for a family birthday. Some people from our table stopped by. i was gonna stop over after around 830-9, but after seeing cops, flats beds, and more than a fair share people acting like douche bags, so i decided it would be best to not even roll up. my daughter was sick anyways so i just went home to help her and the wifey out instead.

heres the problem!!!!!
wayyyy too many outsiders . None of them care! Most of them are there for the wrong reasons, like to act like an idiot, try to be cool and show off, or use it just as a there own personal play ground or dating / hookup center (goes for guys and girls). This kind of thing is made for those who have true passion for it, or are motor heads, or even just cool people that want to tag along that have a mutual respect for the property, vehicles, and care about more than just them selves. Ive seen it so many times with stunt spots, they are perfect hidden gems and we ride every week for weeks, month s, or even years. then too many people find out, go nuts and blow it up!!! None of them care, they are just there for the fun of the moment and don’t care about the others that followed every rule for months or years to keep the owners and even cops happy by respecting the property, other people and rules. They get there go nuts and leave you with nothing then go on to find the fun spot to destroy.

Sorry to vent, but It sucks to have good things ruined by other people who don’t deserve to be there due to there stupidity and lack of respect….. rant over…lol

Yeah I rolled in with the GLH for a couple minutes. Did a lap of the lot and couldn't find anybody but highschool kids so I left. I think I saw your white civic with the red wheels in the Sonic lot.

since this meet is shut down, I am closing this thread per a users request.

There will never be a meet here again as far as I am aware.

Any concerns should be messaged to me directly.

Thank you.
