yeah, im working today. Dont know if i'll be able to grab some food until later today/this afternoon. its not the stress of the lack of sleep thats bothering me. I'm used to having a ****ed up sleep schedule from working at the bars and doing random 3rd shifts at the airport. theres plenty of other stuff thats wearing me down physically and mentally, the sleep is just a bonus i guess? lol.

that's a great bonus.

start slow. make sleeping part of your schedule. at least in short term, allow for down time as part of your routine. it will help your body settle into the pattern of sleeping normally. and if you can, cut out some of the things that will get in the way of getting sleep so you can start each day feeling re-freshed. your health is priority, the rest will work itself out.

UGH! Jealous......i went to Iron Abbys saturday night...nothing crazy just threw down a couple.....

WELL i had a total of 8 hours of sleep the ENTIRE weekend. Saturday and sunday were both Redbull and vodka ALL DAY's. its sad haha
